I have been trying to contact Nestling and Nook since Jan3 with no success. I made a purchase, a gift for my sister which never arrived. The purchase was acknowledged the same day it was made but nothing since then. Total silence, no answer to my emails, NOTHING.. It seems I’ve been scammed. Be wary, do not buy from this site.
